Hotel was excellent, very clean and friendly, only slight down point was traffic noise was loud even though on floor 14. would definately stay here again |

Hotel staff were very friendly, and we were permitted to check-in to our room early. The breakfast was excellent. |

Very good ambience, courteous staff and very comfortable room The shower temperature controller could be made easier to control. Seperate knob for temperature and seperate knob for shower volume would be excellent. |

the rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly, the Italian restaurant had a nice menu, reasonable price and a very delightful staff. parking a bit expensive at EUR 27 per day |

Everything except the fact that there was no double glazing and so there was some noise from the street below during the night, but this was not a huge inconvenience. |

While checking out in the morning, there were 6 people to help you check out but only one concierge. He was busy and although I was waiting none of the other staff members would help me even though no one was checking out at the time. |
