Staff were welcoming, charming and very helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Ideally located for shops, restaurants and Christmas Markets. Slightly run down feel about the corridors but spotlessly clean. |

Location From the outside, it was a little annoying to have to take an elevator to the reception desk, get your key, and return to the elevator to go to your room. When leaving your room, you had to take the elevator to the reception desk to return your key, then take the elevator to leave the building. I was tempted to just keep the key when going out. |

It is located at the center of city. The price is reasonable (if there is no problem of the hot water). The hot water in bath room was darty. The other room which is proposed for alternative was the same condition at the beginning. The hotl staff explained that these rooms were not used for about one week. |

The location of the hotel was great. It was convenient to shopping, sightseeing, and the subway. The half-door on the tub was rusting and peeling, the wood on the nightstand and bed was gauged and scratched, and the carpeting was worn and stained. The drapes needed cleaning. The desk staff person was friendly when I was checking in. The desk staff later in the evening and in the morning did not smile and replied in the briefest manner possible to questions. |

Close proximity of subway which took us to directly to the airport on departure. Situated in great area and interesting outlook onto city streets from our front road room. Unfriendly attitude of reception staff on arrival. The name Zentrum needs to be more evident on the hotel sign outside the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is down a small arcade type entrance (to a movie theatre) and accessible by elevator. A large HOTEL sign is evident on the front of the building, but Zentrum is in small writing and quite obscured. |

Best of all is the hotes location. The Hotel is comfortable, Excellent beakfast. The only problem is if you need to park your car at your arrival. |

Very nice buffet breakfast and friendly staff. The entire hotel and the room smelled of tobacco smoke and the bed linen was worn out. The furniture and decor in the room was very outdated and the drapes appeared to be in need of cleaning. |

Apart from the position of the hotel, which is excellent, I liked the fact that it is an affordable hotel, which, while it isn't new by any means, is well maintained and scrupulously clean. The staff were lovely, even moreso on my second visit, and great attention to detail was paid to the restaurant area making the morning meal very pleasant. Honestly, for the price, HOtel Zentrum exceeded my expectations. |
